The pro cess ...

Over the years I have learned that I can't help everyone – no matter how much I'd like to. And just like you, my time is very limited, and I can only work with a very small group of folks at a time.

As a result, I've become very selective about the clients I take on. I've learned to identify those who I'm most likely to be able to help and who I'm not. I've also learned the importance of only working with folks that I really like and connect with.

So, before I agree to take you on as a client
I first spend an hour (or more)
asking them specific questions designed to give me an idea of their personality type, their current situation, and what's likely to get in their way.

At that point, if I think there's a possibility of a fit I have them take a 45-minute assessment. Once the assessment is scored and returned to me I spend between 30 minutes to an hour reviewing the results.

Finally, I spend another hour going over my impressions of our initial time together and what's indicated in the assessment.

I don't make a final determination of whether I will take someone on as a client until I have reviewed their results and have seen how they react and respond. Occasionally, situations are revealed in the assessment that would cause me to refer you to someone that would be better suited to work with you.

It's very important for me to make certain, as much as possible, that together we have a good chance of making a positive and long-lasting difference. If we don't have that chance to make that difference it just doesn't make sense to work together ... period.

So, the first step is to take the quick quiz to the right. Of course, you could also pick-up the phone and give me a call at 425.814.8100 or email me at: suzanne@chaircoach.com.

I look forward to hearing from you and exploring the possibilities together! Whether or not we have a fit, it's always great to connect with contributors and life-long learners!

Talk with you soon,

Suzanne!

I know that I have patterns and automatic behaviors that have affected my success. I'm willing to try new ways of doing things even if it is uncomfortable at first.
This is the right time for me to accept help and guidance.
I am willing to be coached and guided by a strong, caring, and direct female.
I will give the coach the benefit of the doubt and "try on" new concepts or different ways of doing things.
I will speak straight (tell the truth) to the coach.
I can be relied upon to be on time for all calls and appointments.
I have a minimum of 3 - 5 hours per week to devote to assignments and taking action.
I am willing to be led if methods are proven.
I have adequate funds to invest in the process and will not regret or suffer about the cost. I am comfortable investing in myself.
