CHAIRCOACH.com emerged as a result of Chairs asking Suzanne for help. During her year as the first TEC - San Diego, Regional Manager/Membership Chair/(and some other forgotten title :-)) many of the Chairs got to know her, her style, philosophy, and track-record. In fact, some accompanied her on selection Interviews and got to experience her selection style first hand. Passionate about the community and the contributions Chairs make, it was a no-brainer for Suzanne to add Chairs to her growing coaching and training business.
How are Suzanne's methods and focuses different from other coaching and training Chairs might get? Well, while some of the other coaching and training Chairs receive often focus on standard sales tactics and strategies, Suzanne go much deeper to help the Chairs identify and overcome the obstacles, fears, and mindsets that can make it more difficult to build their groups. She then, helps them build an individualized selection process including strategies, tactics, systems, and mindsets that are developed to work with their unique personalities, gifts, and desired contributions. And, she teaches them the approach that allows them to enroll members as a Chair...not a salesperson. As a result, they end-up being able build great groups with much greater ease and enjoyment!
As far as the future of CHAIRCOACH.com...we'll see. Suzanne is currently focusing on and creating a CHAIRCOACH.com/CQ™ Coach Certification program. The program is designed not only to help others teach and coach the principals of CQ ™ but to also teach (experientially) the coaching methods that help her clients connect with what's truly important to them, identify and overcome those things that automatically get in their way, and to have the courage to step out into the world and make the contributions that only they can make.
As a result of my own frustrations and experiences with conventional sales and marketing methods, I now have a deep and unwavering passion to help change the face of how business development is done. I’m committed to ushering in a new manipulative-free business development approach designed specifically to help positive contributors successfully grow their businesses without having to resort to uncomfortable or questionable tactics.
I’ve developed this methodology through many years of in-field, hands-on trial and error. I have personally succeeded (often producing more than double and triple the efforts of my best peers - including personally "closing" well over 300 C-level executives) and trained many others to do the same. In other words, what I have to offer is a proven program and methodology that not only am I passionate about but that works!
