About CHAIRCOACH.com

ChairCoach.com emerged as a result of Chairs asking Suzanne Livingston for help. During her year as the first TEC (now Vistage International, Inc.) – San Diego, Regional Manager/Membership Chair, many of the Chairs got to know her, her style, philosophy, and track record. In fact, some accompanied her on selection interviews and were able to experience her selection style firsthand. Passionate about the community and the contributions that Chairs make, it made sense, when asked by many of the Chairs, for Suzanne to add Chairs to her growing coaching and training business.

How are Suzanne Livingston's methods and focuses different from other coaching and training Chairs might receive? While some of the other coaching and training that Chairs receive often focuses on standard sales tactics and strategies, Suzanne goes much deeper. Using her proprietary Contribution Quest Discovery Process ™, Suzanne first helps her clients discover, clarify, and connect with their Unique Contributions™. Next, working with the Contribution Quest Principles ™, she helps them identify and transform the limiting beliefs, automatic thinking patterns, behaviors, and fears that may have held them back in the past. This is deep work and is often described by Suzanne’s clients as “transformational” and “life-changing”.

From that foundation, Suzanne helps them create what they’ll need to make their Ultimate Contribution with ease and enjoyment. This includes their Contribution Vision ™(this is much more than a vision or mission statement), their Contribution-Centered ™ Selection Interview and process, their group-build and fill strategies, their Contribution Community™, and their Contribution Communications ™ which are highly attractive to their ideal members , and much, much, more.

As far as the future of CHAIRCOACH.com ... 2012 is expected to be the last year Suzanne will be leading the Contribution Quest for Chairs program directly. Suzanne is the founder and President of Contribution Quest, Inc. and works with non-Chair Contribution-Centered business people throughout the world. Suzanne is currently mentoring and certifying highly qualified Chairs to eventually take over the Contribution Quest, Inc. Chair Coach division. These Chairs will be certified to teach, mentor, and coach using the Contribution Quest Principles and methods.

 

Meet SUZANNE LIVINGSTON

Suzanne is the founder and President of Contribution Quest, Inc. She has spent the last 30 years embarking on her own Contribution Quest; a journey, like most, filled with both personal challenges and growth fueled by a deep desire to make-a-difference through her work.

Along the way, she, like most of us, had her share of successes and opportunities to learn or do better next time. She excelled in businesses development, “selling” (a word that she reacts to on a visceral level), and building small businesses and teams from the ground up. The outward quantitative track record that most directly relates to her Chair clients is the fact that she has personally enrolled well over 400 CEO’s and C-Level executives without selling. She is often asked how she closes so much business. Her answer is always the same…”I don’t close. I don’t sell.”

Early on, in her early twenties, Suzanne knew there had to be a better way. She knew there was something out of alignment for her when it came time to “sell” a client. (If you have the opportunity, ask her about her Contribution Quest journey…it’s quite an adventure). So, for the last 30ish years she has been learning, teaching, mentoring, and coaching another way. The result; The Contribution Quest Principles; a proven, successful way for make-a-difference business people to discover and clarify their Unique Contributions and to attract plenty of their ideal clients and members so that they can make the difference in the world that only they can make.
